12 Fictional Prompts For Anyone Who Might Be Stuck.

Who here feels like sometimes they used up every ounce of imagination? This girl here.

I’ve been working on the same novel for about ten years now. While I love my plot and believe there is so much magic to it, there are still many gaps and holes that need to be filled and sometimes having endless possibilities can be overwhelming.

But there’s actually beauty in that. The beauty of fiction writing is that there are endless possibilities. It’s that leap where one idea can turn into something completely different, a make believe world can instantly emerge, and an opportunity for your mind to explore places where everyday life can not take you.

What helped me through this creative process was reading some creative prompts online to get my mind going. While I’m molding and shaping my novel for what is it, here are 13 fictional prompts that might spark an idea in your current work.
